Salon Policies

By scheduling an appointment at Ten City Spa you are agreeing to these policies. This policy is effective October 1, 2024.


Cancellations

We recognize that life is unpredictable, but please give us 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. 50% fee will be charged in case of late cancellation within 24 hours, 100% fee will be charged in case of no-show. 

You are welcome to send your friend/relative/coworker instead of you to avoid cancellation fees.


Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will apply.

For longer appointments, such as Nail Art, if you arrive 30 minutes late, we can offer a shorter service (such as a no-chip manicure or pedicure) to help avoid the late cancellation fee.


No-Shows

Please be advised that in case of a no-show and refusing to pay a no-show fee your profile will be blocked. You will not be able to schedule an appointment with us until the fee is paid. 


Children
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children only be brought into the salon if they receive a service. Due to the presence of hazardous chemicals, products, and tools, unsupervised children are not permitted.

If you must bring a child with you, please ensure they are always properly supervised. We also ask that your child remain seated in a separate chair to avoid any sudden movement, which could be hazardous, especially when a nail technician is using an e-file.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please reach out to the front desk at 770-646-5979 or contact the manager via email at cs@10cityspa.com to discuss the issue. For a quicker resolution, kindly include photos to help us better understand the situation.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time. If there is any price change it will become active on the 1st day of a month. Usually, we send out email notifications prior. It is the client's responsibility to have active email addresses and phone numbers on the booking profile. 

Payments

We accept major credit cards, pay by link option, or cash. Tips are not required, but greatly appreciated. Tips are cash or Zelle only.
